Wim Diesel CC was established in 2008 with the sole purpose of giving our customers a good service at a fair price. Our company’s operating ethics are integrity, reliability, accountability, trust and communication and we strive to uphold our trust relationship with our customers with an open-door policy.
Wim Linnebank, the brain of Wim Diesel, has been in the fuel metrology industry since the age of 23. He started out at Fuchs Electronics where he was actively involved in the development, testing and installation of the Nova electronic meter, this was during the transition from mechanical systems to new technology electronic systems.
He left Fuchs and was employed by Shell SA as a meter mechanic. He calibrated, installed and repaired meters. Shortly afterwards SABS changed the qualification criteria and Wim had to qualify as a Verification Officer, which he duly did. In 1996 Shell SA contracted out the logistic side of the company and Wim resigned, started a verification company and so became a meter verification contractor for Tanker Services and various logistic companies. Wim Diesel CC is an accredited SANAS verification laboratory and a designated NRCS verification and repair body.
